Shipping policy
PICKUP ORDERS
- Local porch pickup is located in Argyle, TX.
- You will receive an email or text message when your order is ready for pickup. Please note that this is a separate notification from your order confirmation.
SHIPPING
- All purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Please allow 1-2 business days, excluding holidays and weekends, for processing. This time frame should not be included in the shipping time.
- Upon placing an order, you will receive a tracking number to track your package's delivery date.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. At this time, we only offer domestic shipping.
RETURNS
- All returns must be shipped and postmarked to Sissy & Bubs Boutique within 7 calendar days of being delivered.
- Returns must have no signs of wear, scent, damage. They must have original tags intact.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
- Please include the original packing slip in your return.
- We are not responsible for any packages damaged, lost, or missing in the shipping process.

- holiday/seasonal
- gift cards
- jewelry
- nail polish
- hair accessories
- books
REFUND=STORE CREDIT
- Approved returns that meet the above criteria will be issued a refund in the form of store credit.
- The store credit will be sent to the email address associated with the order that was provided at checkout.
- Once your return has been received, please allow up to 5 business days, excluding holidays and weekends, for processing your store credit.
