Shipping policy

PICKUP ORDERS

  • Local porch pickup is located in Argyle, TX.
  • You will receive an email or text message when your order is ready for pickup. Please note that this is a separate notification from your order confirmation.

 

SHIPPING

  • All purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • Please allow 1-2 business days, excluding holidays and weekends, for processing. This time frame should not be included in the shipping time.
  • Upon placing an order, you will receive a tracking number to track your package's delivery date.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. At this time, we only offer domestic shipping.

    RETURNS

    • All returns must be shipped and postmarked to Sissy & Bubs Boutique within 7 calendar days of being delivered.
    • Returns must have no signs of wear, scent, damage. They must have original tags intact.
    • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
    • Please include the original packing slip in your return.
    • We are not responsible for any packages damaged, lost, or missing in the shipping process.

    The following items are final sale and may not be returned:

    • sale/clearance
    • special order
    • holiday/seasonal
    • gift cards
    • jewelry
    • nail polish
    • hair accessories
    • books

    REFUND=STORE CREDIT

    • Approved returns that meet the above criteria will be issued a refund in the form of store credit.
    • The store credit will be sent to the email address associated with the order that was provided at checkout. 
    • Once your return has been received, please allow up to 5 business days, excluding holidays and weekends, for processing your store credit.
